Curriculum & Program Information

Our curriculum is both academic and developmental, consisting of age appropriate activities in:
Practical Life • Sensorial • Mathematics • Language • Science • Geography • Social Studies & Spanish

The carefully prepared Montessori environment in each complete classroom includes the self-correcting Montessori manipulatives which allow the child to learn by challenging themselves. Concentration, Independence, Coordination and a Sense of Order are developed without the need for adult intervention. This promotes a feeling of success within the child and strengthens the self-esteem. These are key factors to developing within the child a love of learning.

We adhere to the Montessori Method and Montessori Philosophy. Our teachers are Certified Montessori Teachers with a college education and training in the developmental education of preschool and kindergarten age children.

Preschool & Kindergarten Classses
are from 9:00am - 3:00pm.

Kindergarten has always been an integral part of the Montessori program. Younger children absorb knowledge best from other children. The older child benefits from learning and practicing leadership skills, gaining self-confidence and conversational skills.

Time is allowed each day for lunch, recess, and a story or rest period if needed. Latchkey may be added before and/or after the Full Day Montessori session.
